ബര്‍ലിന്‍: വേള്‍ഡ് മലയാളി കൗണ്‍സിലിന്റെ പതിനാലാമത് ബീനിയല്‍ ഗ്ളോബല്‍ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് 2024 ഓഗസ്ററ് 2 മുതല്‍ 5 വരെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഹയാത്ത് റീജന്‍സി ഹോട്ടലില്‍ നടക്കും. ഡബ്ള്യുഎംസി ഇന്ത്യ റീജിയനാണ് സമ്മേളനത്തിന് ആതിഥേയത്വം വഹിക്കുന്നത്.
1995 ജൂലൈ 3~ന് അമേരിക്കയിലാണ് വേള്‍ഡ് മലയാളി കൗണ്‍സില്‍ സ്ഥാപിതമായത്. ഡബ്ള്യു.എം.സിയുടെ ആദ്യ കണ്‍വെന്‍ഷന്‍ ന്യൂജേഴ്സിയില്‍ നടന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്നുള്ള ദ്വിവത്സര സമ്മേളനങ്ങള്‍
1998 ജനുവരിയില്‍ കൊച്ചി, 2000~ല്‍ ഡാളസ്, ടെക്സസ് (യു.എസ്.എ), 2002 ല്‍ ഡിങ്ഡെന്‍ (Dingden) ജര്‍മ്മനി, 2004ല്‍ബഹ്റൈന്‍, 2006~ല്‍ കൊച്ചി, 2008~ല്‍ സിംഗപ്പൂര്‍, 2010 ല്‍ ദോഹ, (ഖത്തര്‍), 2012~ല്‍ ഡാളസ്(ടെക്സസ്), 2014~ല്‍ കുമരകം (കോട്ടയം), 2016~ല്‍ കൊളംബോ (ശ്രീലങ്ക), 2018~ല്‍ ബോണ്‍ (ജര്‍മ്മനി), 2022~ല്‍ ബഹ്റൈന്‍ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് ഗ്ളോബല്‍ സമ്മേളങ്ങള്‍ നടന്നത്.
തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് നടക്കുന്ന 14ാമത് ഗ്ളോബല്‍ സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ സജീവമായി പങ്കെടുത്ത് വിജയിപ്പിയ്ക്കാന്‍ ഡബ്ള്യുഎംസി ഭാരവാഹികളേയും, അംഗങ്ങളേയും, അഭ്യുദയകാംക്ഷികളേയും സ്നേഹപൂര്‍വ്വം ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നതായി ഗ്ളോബല്‍ ജനറല്‍ സെക്രട്ടറി പിന്റോ കണ്ണമ്പിള്ളി (അമേരിക്ക) അറിയിച്ചു.
